The Endurance Board has been designed to cushion every skip, hop & jump, you take.

Initially created for skipping, it’s the first ever portable, flexible platform to “REDUCE GROUND REACTION FORCE”.

The NXTGEN Endurance Board can be configured into a plyometric, balance or wobble board offering a versatile range of exercises.

High Jumps, Pogo Jumps, A Skips, Push ups, Lunges and Step ups are just a few exercises that can be performed on the NXTGEN Endurance Board.

We’ve been skipping since the dawn of time, not just as kids, but for fitness as well as in the boxing ring, hence “float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.” It’s synonymous with building endurance, stamina and agility, and because of its versatility, it’s unsurprisingly more popular than ever.

What's so great about skipping?

It has a wealth of excellent health benefits: Research says just 10 minutes of skipping at a steady pace provides the same cardiovascular benefits as a 30-minute run.

It can raise your heart rate and keep it elevated, in the same way that running does. It also helps in developing rhythm, balance, timing, coordination and offers a full body (head to toe) workout. As a single exercise it uses more muscle fibres than any other exercise, working the core and strengthening the lower body, including leg muscles, calves and ankles, as well as improving bone density.

Our Story

We’re a family business with family values. We’re committed to top-quality and excellent customer service. Our NXTGEN Endurance Board was inspired during Covid when more people were seeking fitness solutions to do at home, and the impact of road running and at- home skipping was starting to show.

Our founder tells his story here: “Like many people, I gained weight during the Covid pandemic, so I increased my runs from twice to five times a week in an attempt to improve my fitness. Even though I’d invested in a fabulous pair of running shoes, the stress of running soon took its toll on my body and I felt the effect on my joints. To the point I had to incorporate a two-day recovery period between each session…”
